Our Services

All the pulmonary care and sleep consultancy services we provide at our three Metro Phoenix locations are tuned to the same ultimate goal; to improve quality of life for our patients. Our services include pulmonary function testing, often abbreviated to PFT, sleep studies (polysomnograms) at our Mesa sleep lab, and diagnostic testing and treatment for both lung disease and sleep disorders.

Pulmonary Function Testing – PFT

You will be taking breaths through a mouthpiece, some of these will be big breaths and you will be blowing the air out as fast as you can. Others will be slow and easy. There are four tests, each with a slightly different sequence of breathing maneuvers.

The test will take approximately 40 minutes.

Do not use any inhalers or nebulizers 4 hours prior to coming in for your test. These will affect the outcome of the test.

Our sleep lab is located on the first floor of our Mesa office, located at 3155 E. Southern Ave. Mesa, AZ 85204. Sleep studies are tests that record the body’s activity during sleep. Review our Sleep Lab page for more information.
